§ 22a-449q — Storage of underground storage tank system records.

The owner or operator of an underground storage tank system storing petroleum that is subject to section 22a-449(d)-101 et seq. of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies, who owns or operates more than ten facilities with underground storage tank systems, may store records required to be maintained under section 22a-449(d)-103(e) of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies, in a central location in the state of Connecticut, provided such owner or operator:

(1)Specifies, in writing, the location of any such centrally stored records and such other information as the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may prescribe related to such storage on a form prescribed by said commissioner and submits such form to said commissioner; and (2) ensures that such records are im
