§ 22a-284e — (Note: This section is effective July 1, 2025.) Department of Administrative Services as successor to MIRA Dissolution Authority.
The Department of Administrative Services shall constitute a successor agency to the MIRA Dissolution Authority in accordance with the provisions of subsections (a) to (d), inclusive, and subsection (f) of section 4-38d and section 4-38e.
