(a)In addition to the purposes, powers and responsibilities vested in the MIRA Dissolution Authority pursuant to this chapter, the MIRA Dissolution Authority shall:
(1)Identify the immediate environmental needs and knowledge necessary for future redevelopment of the authority's properties located at 300 Maxim Road in Hartford and 100 Reserve Road in Hartford, (2) engage representatives of the city of Hartford and other stakeholders, as appropriate, with respect to the future of the properties identified in subdivision (1) of this subsection, (3) continue to operate the authority's transfer stations until acceptable alternatives, operated by entities other than the authority, become available, as determined by the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (4) wind down the
