§ 22a-284 — (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2025.) Agreement for administration of waste management project.

Connecticut·Title 22a Environmental Protection·Ch. 446e Solid Waste Management Services Act
The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to limit any municipality or any two or more municipalities from entering into an agreement with the MIRA Dissolution Authority to provide for the administration of a waste management project by such municipality or municipalities.
