§ 22a-263b — (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2025.) Copies of independent audits to be submitted to General Assembly.

Connecticut·Title 22a Environmental Protection·Ch. 446e Solid Waste Management Services Act
The board of directors of the MIRA Dissolution Authority shall submit to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding a copy of each audit of the authority conducted by an independent auditing firm, not later than seven days after the audit is received by said board of directors.
