§ 22a-223 — Funds for preliminary feasibility studies of energy recovery systems or incinerators by governmental entities.
The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may, from proceeds of the sale of state bonds allocated by the State Bond Commission to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in accordance with subdivision (8) of subsection (e) of section 2 of special act 82-46, provide funds to any municipality, any group of municipalities or any regional council of governments organized under the provisions of sections 4-124i to 4-124p, inclusive, for a preliminary feasibility study of an energy recovery system or an incinerator.
