Text
Any wood-burning facility holding a permit pursuant to the provisions of section 22a-174 shall:
(1)Conduct ambient air quality sampling prior to the commencement of construction unless the computer modeling for the facility's air permit is based on existing ambient air quality data for the community in which the facility will be located or on the worst ambient air quality data monitored at any single location in this state; and (2) shall conduct continuous air emissions monitoring while in operation.
