Connecticut·Title 22a Environmental Protection·Ch. 445b Release-Based Remediation of Hazardous Waste
Nothing contained in sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134ww inclusive, shall be construed to affect the authority of the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection pursuant to any other statute or regulation.
