§ 22a-134l — Regional household hazardous waste disposal facilities.

The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may, within available appropriations, make a grant or loan to any municipality, group of municipalities, regional council of governments organized under the provisions of sections 4-124i to 4-124p, inclusive, or group of municipalities that have established a regional interlocal agreement pursuant to sections 7-339a to 7-339 l, inclusive, for the planning of regional facilities for the purpose of collection and disposal of household hazardous waste. The commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of this section.
