Text
The mayor, aldermen and common council of any city, the warden and burgesses of any borough and the selectmen of any town may license and regulate any exhibitions therein; but selectmen shall not license any such exhibition within the limits of any city or borough. See Sec. 29-129 et seq. re licensure of amusement parks.
