Text

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner of Early Childhood rendered under section 19a-82 or 19a-84 may appeal the decision of the commissioner in accordance with section 4-183, except venue for such appeal shall be in the judicial district of New Britain. Such appeal shall have precedence in the order of trial as provided in section 52-192.
