Text
The Department of Public Health, in collaboration with the state Department of Education and the Office of Early Childhood, shall evaluate all of the data collected by said departments concerning exemptions from immunization requirements. Not later than January 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, the Commissioners of Public Health, Education and Early Childhood shall jointly report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health and education regarding the evaluation of such data.
