§ 19a-59n — Annual report re funds for administering federal Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children. List of expenditures.

Not later than January 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Public Health shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health and human services regarding (1) the Department of Public Health's plan for expending the funds received for administering the federal Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children pursuant to section 19a-59c for the next calendar year, and (2) a detailed list of expenditures of such funds for administering said program during the immediately preceding calendar year.
