§ 19a-564a — Assisted living services agencies. Licensure to operate or provide services at managed residential community. Commissioner of Public Health notification to State Ombudsman.
Not later than thirty days after granting licensure to an assisted living services agency that operates a managed residential community or an assisted living services agency that provides services at a managed residential community, the Commissioner of Public Health shall notify the State Ombudsman of such licensure.
