Each receiver shall, during the first week in January, April, July and October in each year, sign, swear to and file with the clerk of the court by which the receiver was appointed a full and detailed account of his or her doings as such receiver for the three months next preceding, together with a statement of all court orders passed during such three months and the present condition and prospects of the nursing home facility or residential care home in the receiver's charge, and cause a motion for a hearing and approval of the same to be placed on the short calendar.
