Text

The Commissioner of Public Health, within ten working days, shall furnish the Commissioner of Social Services a written report of any action taken pursuant to sections 19a-524 to 19a-527, inclusive, on any report or complaint referred to the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with the provisions of section 17a-413. See Sec. 17a-870 et seq. re Office of Long-Term Care Ombudsman and residents' advocates.
