Text

Each hospice and hospice care program licensed under section 19a-122b that provides hospice home care services for terminally ill persons shall dispose of any controlled substance, as defined in section 21a-240, that such hospice or hospice care program dispensed or administered to a terminally ill person (1) as soon as practicable after the death of such person, and (2) in the manner described in subsection (d) of section 21a-262, and in accordance with any other applicable state or federal law.
