Text

The Commissioners of Social Services and Public Health shall enter into a memorandum of understanding for the purpose of improving public health service delivery and public health outcomes for low income populations through the sharing of available HUSKY Health program and Title V data, provided the sharing of such data:

(1)Is directly related to the administration of the Medicaid state plan or any other applicable state plan administered by the Department of Social Services or the Department of Public Health;
(2)is in accordance with federal and state law and regulations concerning the privacy, security, confidentiality and safeguarding of individually identifiable information contained in such data;
(3)includes a detailed description of the intended public health service delivery and
