§ 19a-37b — Regulations establishing radon measurement requirements and procedures for evaluating radon in indoor air and reducing radon in public schools.

The Department of Public Health may adopt regulations pursuant to chapter 54 to establish radon measurement requirements and procedures for evaluating radon in indoor air and reducing elevated radon gas levels when detected in public schools.
