§ 19a-36f — Prohibition on use of disposable natural rubber latex gloves at retail food establishments.

(a)No person shall use or require the use of disposable, nonsterile or sterile natural rubber latex gloves at a retail food establishment.
(b)Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
