Text
Any person who unlawfully sinks any material in the Connecticut River for the purpose of obstructing the water or turning it from its natural course, or for making or enlarging any island, shall pay the expense of removing such material and be fined not more than five hundred dollars. See Sec. 22a-359 et seq. re erection of structures and placement of fill in tidal, coastal or navigable waters.
