§ 17b-749d — (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2025.) Sliding fee scale for use by licensed child care centers.

Connecticut·Title 17b Social Services·Ch. 319rr Child Care and Protection
Each licensed child care center receiving funding directly from the Office of Early Childhood shall adopt a sliding fee scale based on family income. The Commissioner of Early Childhood shall develop a minimum sliding fee scale which may be adjusted upward by each such licensed child care center. All income derived from such fees shall be used to support the licensed child care center.
