Text
The applicant for a HUSKY B member shall notify the Department of Social Services of any change in circumstance that could affect the member's continued eligibility for coverage under HUSKY B within thirty days of such change. A member shall be disenrolled if the commissioner determines the member is no longer eligible for participation in such plan for reasons including, but not limited to, those specified in section 17b-301 and the nonpayment of premiums.
