§ 17b-283a — Active duty armed forces member application for Medicaid home or community-based program on behalf of eligible spouse or child.
Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, any member of the armed forces, as defined in subsection (a) of section 27-103, who is on active duty may apply on behalf of such member's spouse or child for any Medicaid home or community-based program in this state for which such spouse or child is eligible.
