Text
The Commissioner of Social Services, to the extent permitted by federal law, shall amend the Medicaid state plan to provide coverage for mammographic examinations for any woman eligible for Medicaid that is at least equal to the following minimum requirements:
(1)A baseline mammogram for any such woman who is thirty-five to thirty-nine years of age, inclusive; and (2) a mammogram every year for any such woman who is forty years of age or older.
