Effective April 1, 2003, the Commissioner of Social Services shall, within available Medicaid appropriations, grant a rate increase to physicians who provide services to clients who are eligible under both Medicaid and Medicare. See Sec. 17b-265 re insurance coverage of medical assistance recipients and limitations.
