Text
The Commissioner of Social Services shall review whether a parent or needy caretaker relative, who qualifies for Medicaid coverage under Section 1931 of the Social Security Act and is no longer eligible on and after January 1, 2018, remains eligible for Medicaid under the same or a different category of coverage before terminating coverage.
