§ 17b-260b — Home and community-based service waivers serving persons with acquired brain injury and persons with intellectual disability. Amendments.
The Commissioner of Social Services may amend the federal home and community-based service waivers serving persons with acquired brain injury and persons with intellectual disability to enable such persons eligible for or receiving medical assistance under section 17b-597 to receive the services provided under such federally approved waivers.
