Text
(a)No person shall use flammable gas to clean or blow the gas piping of an electric generating facility.
(b)The Connecticut Siting Council shall not issue a certificate to build a facility described in subdivision (3) of subsection (a) of section 16-50i unless a person applying for such certificate demonstrates to the satisfaction of the council that such person has:
(1)Retained, for the duration of the construction project, at least one special inspector to assist the municipal fire marshal in reviewing construction plans and conducting inspections during construction of the electric generating facility to ensure compliance with the recommended standards; and (2) Paid a fee to be established in accordance with subsection (d) of section 29-251c to be used in the training of local fire m
