§ 16-50gg — Municipal location preferences.
When notifying a municipality pursuant to section 16-50 l of an application for a telecommunications tower or a proposed transmission line in such municipality, the Connecticut Siting Council shall request that the municipality provide the council with any location preferences or criteria relating to the siting of such telecommunications tower or proposed transmission line. The municipality shall provide such location preferences or criteria to the council not later than thirty days after the date of such request. In addition, the council may consider regional location preferences from neighboring municipalities.
