§ 16-346 — Compliance with chapter required prior to excavation, discharge of explosives or demolition.

No person, public agency or public utility shall engage in excavation, discharge of explosives or demolition without having first ascertained the location of all underground facilities of public utilities in the area of such excavation, discharge or demolition in the manner prescribed in this chapter and in such regulations as the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority shall adopt pursuant to section 16-357.
