§ 16-331ii — Transfer from public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account to General Fund.
Connecticut·Title 16 Public Service Companies·Ch. 289 Broadband Internet Access Service Providers, Community Antenna Television Systems and Competitive Video Service Providers
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 16-331cc, the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars shall be transferred from the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account and credited to the resources of the General Fund for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, to June 30, 2021, inclusive.
