Text

A holder of a certificate of cable franchise authority, and the officers, agents and employees of such cable franchise authority, shall obey, observe and comply with sections 16-331q to 16-331aa, inclusive, and each applicable order made by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority pursuant to sections 16-331q to 16-331aa, inclusive. A holder of a cable franchise authority certificate that the authority finds has failed to obey or comply with sections 16-331q to 16-331aa, inclusive, or any applicable order made by the authority pursuant thereto may be fined, by order of the authority, not more than ten thousand dollars for each offense.
