(a)The Office of Policy and Management shall, in accordance with sections 4d-90 and 4-67p and in consultation with other state agencies deemed appropriate by the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, develop and maintain an up-to-date broadband map, with accompanying data, showing the availability and adoption of broadband Internet access service, including broadband Internet download and upload speeds, in the state.
