Text
The federal safety standards applicable to the transportation of gas established under the provisions of the federal act, contained in 49 CFR 191 to 49 CFR 193, inclusive, and 49 CFR 199, as the same are, from time to time, made effective, or any regulation adopted by the authority pursuant to subsection (b) or (c) of section 16-280b shall be the standards of the state.
