§ 16-280 — Copy of certificate issued under federal act to be filed with secretary.

Any corporation which intends to construct or operate any natural gas pipeline within this state shall file with the Secretary of the State a certified copy of the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to such corporation under the federal Natural Gas Act, such filing to be at least thirty days before the start of construction. See Sec. 16-264 re filing of certificate of public convenience and necessity.
