§ 13a-98o — Use of coal tar sealants on state and local highways. Prohibition. Enforcement.

Connecticut·Title 13a Highways and Bridges·Ch. 238 Highway Construction and Maintenance
No person shall use or apply any sealant that is made from coal tar to any state or local highway. The Commissioner of Transportation, in conjunction with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, may enforce the provisions of this section.
