§ 13a-57d — Model pollinator habitat in deforested areas of state highways. Authority.

The Commissioner of Transportation may, to the extent federal funds are available for such purpose, plant vegetation that includes pollinator habitat, including, but not limited to, flowering vegetation, in areas that have been deforested along state highway rights of way.
