§ 13a-53 — Discontinuance of highway crossing railroad.
That part of any highway which crosses a railroad, the use of which crossing has been abandoned for a period of at least fifteen years, shall be deemed discontinued. See Sec. 13b-205 re railroad company's taking land in discontinued highways.
