Text

Not later than February 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Transportation shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation. Such report shall include the following information regarding the preceding calendar year:

(1)The number of warnings and violations issued pursuant to section 13a-263, for each work zone speed control system that was operational;
(2)the number of such warnings and violations where the motor vehicle exceeded the posted speed limit by (A) at least eleven miles per hour, but not more than twenty miles per hour, (B) at least twenty-one miles per hour, but not more than thirty miles per hour, (C) at least thirty-one
