(a)Not later than January 1, 2015, and semiannually thereafter, the system shall, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, report to the Governor and the General Assembly on the status and progress of CSCU 2020. Each report shall include, but not be limited to:
(1)Information on the number of projects authorized and approved hereunder including, relative to such projects, project costs, timeliness of completion and any problems which have developed in implementation, and a schedule of projects remaining and their expected costs; and (2) the amount of money raised from private sources for the capital and endowment programs.
