Whenever the term “state colleges” appears in sections 3-27a, 4-31a, 5-177, 5-275, 10-109a to 10-109d, inclusive, 10-110, 10-113, 10-114, 10-115, 10-115b, 10-115c, 10-115d, 10-115e, 10-115g, 10-115h, 10-115i, 10-116, 10-149, 10-155, 10-325c, 10-326b and 10-334, it shall be deemed to mean the “Connecticut State University” System.
