Text
The Board of Trustees for the Connecticut State University System, with the approval of the Governor and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, may lease state-owned land under its care, custody or control to private developers for construction of dormitory buildings, provided such developers agree to lease such buildings to such board of trustees with an option to purchase and provided further that any such agreement to lease is subject to the provisions of section 4b-23, prior to the making of the original lease by the board of trustees.
