§ 10a-8d — Board of Regents for Higher Education: Report re allocation of funds.

Not later than January 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. Such report shall include:

(1)The methods used to allocate the current fiscal year's General Fund block grants to institutions, and the resulting total amount each institution will receive over the fiscal year;
(2)for the prior fiscal year, the amount of non-General Fund revenues transferred from each institution to the system office for any purpose, including the methods used to determine the transferred amounts and a description of each such purpose
