(a)The Board of Trustees for Regional Community-Technical Colleges shall establish a regional community-technical college to serve the southeastern area of Connecticut as approved by the Board of Regents for Higher Education to be part of the state system of community-technical colleges.

(b)The Board of Trustees for Regional Community-Technical Colleges shall establish a regional community-technical college to serve the New Britain-Bristol area as approved by the Board of Regents for Higher Education to be part of the state system of community-technical colleges.

(c)The Board of Trustees for Regional Community-Technical Colleges shall establish a regional community-technical college to serve the northeastern Connecticut area as approved by the Board of Regents for Higher Education to be

(e) The Board of Trustees for Regional Community-Technical Colleges shall establish a regional community-technical college to serve the lower Naugatuck Valley area comprising the towns of Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, Seymour, Oxford, Beacon Falls and Naugatuck as approved by the Board of Regents for Higher Education to be part of the state system of community-technical colleges. (f) Repealed by P.A. 78-331, S. 3, 58. (g) The Board of Trustees for Regional Community-Technical Colleges shall establish a regional community-technical college to serve the greater Waterbury area as approved by the Board of Regents for Higher Education to be part of the state system of community-technical colleges.
