Each regional community-technical college shall consult with the school counselors and school administrators at public high schools located within the region of the state in which such college is located for the purpose of establishing collaborative partnerships between such schools and such college. Such partnerships may include, but not be limited to, collaborative counseling programs for students interested in specific careers, evaluation and alignment of curricula and offering support or educational programs to improve student outcomes.
