Text
The Commissioner of Higher Education shall report on or before March 1, 2013, and annually thereafter, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and appropriations and the budgets of state agencies on state, regional and national trends regarding Connecticut higher education, including, but not limited to, expenditures, funding, enrollment, faculty and staff positions, cost sharing and student financial aid. The Office of Higher Education shall collect such data and information as it deems necessary for the development of such annual report.
