The Commissioner of Higher Education and the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services, in consultation with an epidemiologist or other specialist with expertise in mental health issues at institutions of higher education, may jointly offer training workshops for the campus mental health coalitions established pursuant to section 10a-55x regarding best practices for the assessment and provision of mental health services and programming at institutions of higher education.
