§ 10a-55cc — Plan for student access to reproductive health care services.

(a)As used in this section:
(1)“Residential campus” means any campus of a public institution of higher education with housing, as defined in section 10a-55 ; and (2) “Reproductive health care services” has the same meaning as provided in section 52-571m .
(b)Not later than January 1, 2024, the Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut shall establish, and update as necessary, a plan for each residential campus under said boards' jurisdiction to provide access for students who live on such residential campus to reproductive health care services from a health care provider licensed to provide such services.
