Each public institution of higher education under the jurisdiction of the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall include the 9–8–8 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number on each student identification card that is distributed to a student at the institution after said lifeline has been operational in the state for three hundred sixty-six days.
